WHAT IS LOAN OFFICER INSIGHTS?

 

Loan Officer Insights began in February 2002 as a training tool for the loan officers of CTX Mortgage.  Every day there was a short article that related to the origination of mortgage loans on the intra company web site.  The objective of Loan Officer Insights was to educate, enlighten and entertain the thousands of employees of CTX Mortgage. The articles cover topics from A-Z so that the reader never knows what to expect. 

 

Most amazing is the fact that Loan Officer Insights enjoyed almost 100% readership among employees and was used and reused in sales meetings, seminars, and training sessions.  The best compliment of all is the hundreds who have expressed that they looked forward to reading Loan Officer Insights every morning to start their day on the right foot.

 

Dave King, the creator and author of Loan Officer Insights, is a 30-year veteran of the mortgage business who was with CTX Mortgage from 1991-2007.  He has closed in excess of $1 billion in first mortgage loans throughout his career and has been training other Loan Officers since 1994.
