Let's say your phone rings and you just got a ticket, had an argument with someone or spilled coffee all over your pants, what do you do?

Most of us would answer the phone because it is what we are conditioned to do, but per yesterday's article, people can sense your mood over the phone, so why bother? You're chances are much better to hope they leave a message and call them back when you are better equipped to convey a positive attitude than to answer the phone while upset.
